From the US to US buyers only
Shipping is fast and free via USPS to US buyers.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges for physical products
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
To start a return, email Diana at diana@therealhaiti.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
No refunds on digital products.
